Napoli Pizza DOC Recognition is the mark of distinction reserved for pizzerias independently assessed and selected by the world guide to authentic Neapolitan pizza.
RecognisedThe DOC mark identifies a pizzeria whose pizza, hospitality and overall guest experience have met the Guide’s evaluation framework. It may appear on the venue’s official profile and, for the stated edition, in its own communication.
It is not a promise that every visit will be identical. It confirms that the venue earned recognition through the Guide’s independent assessment for that edition.
The certificate is not the recognition itself. It is the formal, dated record supplied to the named recipient and shown here only as a representative preview.
Recognises the pizzeria as a complete experience: pizza, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, beverage offering and consistency.
Distinguishes the pizzaiolo’s craft, technical ability, identity and contribution. It is personal and does not replace the venue’s recognition.
DOC Recognition cannot be purchased or obtained through membership, sponsorship or advertising. It is issued only to recipients selected by the Guide and remains separate from any commercial relationship.
No fee, application or commercial agreement determines eligibility.
The year shown identifies the assessment period to which the recognition refers.
